Three people I know who had the Alpha strain (yes I know, it's a small sample of the total number who've had it) were all checked for antibodies a couple months later. All three had very low levels and were highly urged to get double vaccinated. All thee had months of nasty side effects from the virus. All are under 50 and healthy individuals. So I don't believe having COVID doesn't ensure you have sufficient antibodies.
