So now same loony concealers that want to put bike lines on every major street, are telling us to were masks so they look like they are doing something. What kind of masks? Made of what, old t shirts with holes in them? Left stooge show continues.
Those people at Toronto City Hall are totally detached from reality.
They put bike lanes on University Ave., but why?
There are bike lanes already on Bay St.
Those people do not even go outside to see what they have done.
There are no cars on the road with this pandemic. Life may have changed for good in the core of the city.
No cars, means no bicycles too. If there is an odd bicycle, well, guess what? There are no cars!
And they still put in a bike lane on University Ave.
The leftist in this city is in for a rude shock when the austerity comes in the next budget. The budget will decimate many programs, and all they will do is howl.

You misunderstood. My half a brain comment wasn't directed at you. I agreed with your post. I had other half brain mutts in my mind. LOLAnyone with half a brain would be able to read that I said the advice not to wear masks was bad advice.

They are asking you to wear a mask indoor places not outdoors but if you're in huge crowd of people outdoors then wear a mask.1. I do not like this idea. The stupid politicians doing their stupid ass feel good moves that will change nothing. If they want to make mask mandatory, then give me a free fucking mask already! Not one single level of government has given me a mask during this pandemic, and now they pull this shit?
2. I do not like wearing a mask. What I do is carry one with me, that I keep in my pocket or pouch, then when I enter a supermarket, I put it on.
3. Talking a walk, is kind of risky. Although I believe the chances of catching SARS-CoV-2 is rather low when you are outside. What I do is go to the front gate, and look down the street both ways! If no one is there, then I go for it! By now I already figured out the streets where there are hardly any people, and try to stay on streets with wide sidewalks. Residential streets half the time I am walking right down the middle of the road, very few cars.
4. The park is kind of safe. Riding my bicycle through the ravines, there were people, families were in close contact, but everyone else, such as members of another family, kept their distance.
5. The government should do a better job of informing us of the R0, the R-naught number. But they rather do publicity stunts like passing a decree like this. This is Soviet style improvement of society. Declare you must wear a mask, and there is no masks. Since there are no masks, must be the capitalist fault, but timez change, so it is the communist Chinese fault.
Did you actually watch the video or you are just assuming to know what's in it? She said that the biggest problem with masks is when you are taking them off. I do not think that changed at all. Watch the video.
I saw that video 3 months ago, the weather on the screen shows 9 degrees celsius in Montreal, it's now July and freakin hot. Don't want to wear a mask, just stay the six away from people. Tam is an idiot from WHO, she lost credibility, can't stand to listen to her advice anymore. Many doctors disagree with her and there is new advice to properly use the masks. The evidence has changed about masks. 3 months ago, Tam didn't want us to wear masks for fear of the population buying all the masks and none for the health careworkers.

I know this video is old, I'm not disputing that. She said that the biggest chance of infecting yourself is when you are removing the mask. It starts at 2:00 minute mark to save you the aggravation of listening to the whole 4 minutes.
