As the Finnish minister said, they were not joining Nato years ago because it was their decision not to, once putin TOLD them they could not join NATO, he took away their self determination to not join NATO.
This was an attack on their soveriegn right as a country to make their own decisions, now they are joining NATO and as the minister said " You can blame Putin for Finland joining NATO."

At the time Russia had a much greater population and more of everything. But the Germans had a proficient military and more advanced weapons. It was not as lop sided as the current situation. Ukraine has failed to even defeat the Donbas rebels. So now they wanna take on he motherland? Sorry, that is pretty stupid.

I try not to have blanket animosity but you, nottyboi and other like-minded Russians make it very difficult. You have both sides of the information (unlike your fellow Russians in Russia) and yet you still find a way to justify the barbarism.

There is NOTHING that can justify the tactics the Russians are using in Ukraine. Any breath of justifying it is sickening.

You wily Russians keep getting Ukraine to use up all their artillery rounds!

Look below where you guys almost made Ukraine use up 74 shells. 73 for the tanks and trucks, plus one for the bridge. But Crystal's Heroes ran away from their tanks and trucks halfway through so probably only drew down the magazine by 36 rounds.

The "Western Media" get it all wrong. They are saying the sinking of the Rustin Flagships and the military negligence of lining up 73 tanks and trucks in a shooting gallery has "humiliated Russia".

I don't even think there is a Russian word for humility. And if there was, certainly the word would be banned by your Master under the threat of 15 years in The Gulag.

While I really, really feel visceral pain for the innocent Ukrainians who have been raped, tortured, killed and forcefully deported to the outer armpits of Russia, their sacrifice will change the world forever. Russia is finally going to be neutered. And then maybe, in a few generations, the brutality will be bred out of the Russian DNA of those left to live in the hollowed out third world.
