They need Wilder's permission to do that, or else Fury and his promoters will get sued to high heaven. Fury may retire if he beats Joshua, Wilder isn't going to let that happen because he feels cheated.

I think Fury got a gift count in the first fight. He was down for at least 10 seconds.

There's controversy in the second fight surrounding the gloves having little padding in one, and the other has his fist in the wrist area. I have a feeling that Fury's power will mysteriously disappear in the trilogy.

Fury and Wilder have already agreed verbally for a July bout. He declined step aside money.
