Rapid population growth (with statistics, for a funnyman he does his homework) causing:
A catastrophic housing crisis and spiraling home prices and,
A serious healthcare crisis (in the old days the response to "are you serious?" was "Serious as a heart attack!") being addressed now by things that should have been started 10 years ago. I added that last part, since to me, Bill let you off easy, but heed his warning about the authoritarian right wing...

That's not what he's saying. He's stating facts. Cost of housing, hospital wait times etc have all Increased significantly over the past few years.
You can have a slow and steady pace of immigration. But when you bring in so many, so fast, you're going to put a lot of strain on existing resources.
Take your emotions out of the equation and consider his argument logically.
Americans wave the flag saying “greatest country on earth” and yet all they do is complain complain complain about it and nobody complains more than Bill Maher.
