So the fact that kits are specifically being sold to make untraceable guns doesn't seem wrong to you? There are only two cases where an untraceable gun makes sense and neither is worth supporting, a person planning to use the gun to commit criminal acts or a paranoid gun nut who believes that the government is going to steal all his guns and reinstall King George.

your the one being nonsensical as these have been for sale sine the 1980's so over 40 years JH trager out of Detroit sold them out of gun magazines is the earliest example i can show and guess what after 40 years this has not been a problem the media and biden are making this out to be a major problem when its not a problem at all

hundreds of thousands have been sold in that 40 years and its still not a problem

people buy ar15 lowers and assembly themselves to learn how they work and customize the parts installed its also cheaper then buying a factory built gun

the 80% lowers are for those who want to make their own gun and not just assemble it

the 2nd amendment is the right to KEEP and BEAR arms nowhere does it say except 80% receivers
because they are not a problem and in over 40 years have not been a problem there is no reason to ban them doing so will not stop crime

there is no good reason to try and ban them I say try because the ATF will have to change their rules on many many things and the courts will likely overturn the ban


with anti gun groups you give them an inch they take a mile its NEVER enough when this ban doesn't work they will demand MORE bans and again they wont work so the answer is MORE laws and bans
