Score Bet is OK, but I prefer FD. They have the best promos, although I haven't tried DK. The 20% play-though for the DK sign up bonus sucks.

1 goal promo was Draft Kings ( $ 25 max ). I find on DK the max bets on the promos aren't always the same for bettors. My buddy plays on the casino more than I do and he gets $ 50's/250's max where I only get 10/25's. I can't complain, card players always get better comps. Raps plus 92 points , gotta love it !
