I'm on the record for saying that Hamas rockets are war crimes like Israeli tank fire and shelling in Gaza, lesser war crimes than using missiles to target civilians, of course.
Just as I'm on the record for saying that settlers are civilians unless they are acting like militants with the backing of the IDF.
You'd say this is a civilian attacking 'terrorists', I'd be the ICC and HRW would see a settler acting as a militant with the backing of the IDF attacking civilians in a form of terrorism.
