So in BC, a strip club CAN stay Open apparently IF they serve a full meal, such as if they have a kitchen.
Does this loophole exist in the Ontario or Quebec health orders ?
It says specifically below, page 7, section A 1, that a liquor establishment must be closed unless they serve a full meal.
