Poor Kid, what could have he have done to deserve this? Jail will only re-enforce her lifestyle, but what can you do?

Girl, 15, charged with first-degree murder of teenaged Toronto boy

Caden Francis, 16, was shot on July 3

A 15-year-old girl faces a first-degree murder charge in the shooting of a teenaged boy in July.

Toronto Police say Caden Francis, 16, was found suffering from serious gunshot wounds at 11 Antrim Cres., in the Kennedy Rd. and Hwy. 401 area, on July 3 around 6 p.m.

He was rushed to hospital, where he died.

On Wednesday at 12:35 p.m., a 15-year-old-girl was arrested and charged, cops say. She was to appear in Eglinton Ave. E. court on Thursday.

Her name was not released under provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

In an interview with the Toronto Sun shortly after her son’s death, Caden’s mother, Ursular Francis, said his last words to her were “I’m going out.” She said she thought he had a date because of all the cologne.

Caden attended Winston Churchill Collegiate Institute and was enrolled in the Africentric curriculum.

“The principal was saying that this is an ‘A’ student,” neighbour Natalie MacIntosh told the Sun in July.

“This kid was going to university. He wasn’t just going to college, he was going to university. It’s just so sad.”

He wasn't killed by a cop so what's the big deal. Now if in some way his death could be used to further some political point then we are talking.

Well I consider it a bad thing, no doubt because I am a racist scumbag who think all black lives matter.

She didn't use an assault rifle because Trudeau banned them. She used a hand gun, which Trudeau still refuses to ban.

Saw the mom and friends of the victim on CP 24. A good kid by all accounts. Straight A student. Very sad.
