I pulled the trigger and bought 2 DT condos from Dec-Jan. What's your outlook on the Downtown core? I'm thinking a bit more Short-Term pain, but in 2 years will have high appreciation value.

There's been a study uptick in cases over the past two weeks in Ontario. For myself, I've gone on hiatus for hobby-ing. Anyone else in the same boat? I see a lot of gals still booked up. I'm sure there will be no shut down round 2, but there's no way this industry won't be affected.

Been hobbying for a few years, never really brought my own condoms to a session is it allowed to do so? I have a brand I prefer usually.. Thoughts?
