DHS has already confirmed they have bodycam footage, I believe. As for his phone, well, if it isn't broken, they have it as well.

If you haven't body cam footage by to prove the Ice Goon innocence you can bet it shows guilty as hell and it's been erased. The on the news the video clearly one Ice guy pulling the gun from murdered victims pocket while he was on the ground.

Seeing as DHS has already stated they have the footage, they won't destroy it. It may never be seen if the ICE guys plead guilty ahead of a trial, though.

Did they give him an opportunity to bring his permit to court, or to the arresting officer's office? So THEY broke the law.
