Every year, when this season arrives and we’re invited to pause and reflect on gratitude, I find myself thinking about this world, the one that has shaped me, challenged me, and given me more than I could have imagined.
Gratitude feels heavier this year. The world has grown complicated, socially, economically, and emotionally. It takes more intention to find light when so much around us feels uncertain. And yet, I remain thankful.
Sex work hasn’t always been easy. It asks strength, patience, and self-trust in ways few truly see. But it has also given me community, connection, and a sense of purpose that continues to ground me. Finding my way here will forever be one of the best things that has ever happened to me.
I’m endlessly grateful for the women who walk beside me, the friends, peers, and businesswomen who inspire, protect, and remind me that softness and strength can coexist. You have all left a mark of immense value on my life.
And to the suitors and admirers who approach this space with respect, warmth, and humanity, thank you for helping make it what it’s meant to be, safe, kind, and quietly meaningful.
Gratitude isn’t about perfection. It’s about seeing the beauty that still exists, even in the midst of the hard parts. For me, it’s here, in this work, this community, and every person who’s made it feel a little more like home.
With warmth and gratitude,
Madeline Klaire
