NHL player vs golfer fight

Nick went too far. After the first punch and push to the weeds ( which was deserved ) the golfer looked defeated. As the golfer approached him for the second round, NHL could of pushed him away instead of additional shots to the head. Clearly the golfer looked drunk, therefore, some lawyer will put a spin towards the sober dude ( or less intoxicated ) who could of avoided the second round of beats. The first hit can pass as self defense, but the second round should of been a push to the ground instead of additional, potentially damaging shots to the head. He deserved all of this plus a bag of chips, however, I don't want to see an individual's career get screwed up for this looser.
