What should they think when they hear about the greatest deal of the century or of the millennium or in history from the former multi-bankrupt self-aggrandizing huckster in chief.

The reality is that if you look at the substance of the various agreements he touted rather than his and his supporters rhetoric the fact is that he accomplished zero and in some cases went backward. that is why he loves the poorly educated and others, including on this board, who never bother to look below the superficial bloviating of a former reality show host.

I don't think there is any doubt that CNN leans Dem but they still report on all news whether or not it helps or hurts the Dems. That is certainly not the case with Fox and its exclusive support of the right. Hence the departures of Goldberg and Wallace and Smith and others.

In Canada it leans right.
Though really only the CBC here reflects the general bias of the country.

They absolutely lean heavily to the left. One easy example is Don Lemon cheering ecstatically when Biden won. He said the quiet part out loud. Thats why they xall him Don Lemonhead.

Have You seen any CNN hosts openly campaigning for Biden like that nutcase called Hannity along with Witch Pirro did for Trump during his rally? Did Don Lemon bullshit on the scale that the Fox Hosts during the January 6th Insurrection? Hannity knew that those were Trump followers who invaded The Capitol Hill, and yet he somehow tried to blame the violence on ANTIFA and BLM. This is in spite of trying to reach Trump to request that he recalls his mob from their invasion of The Capitol Hill!!

The dems are right wing like the conservatives here.
CNN reflects views that are somewhere between GOP and dems, which makes them right wing to Canadians.
Canada is just generally more to the left.

It can be 5 minutes or a million miles. Cross the border and its a very different world politically. It starts with an extreme distrust of govt. And myopic and economically challenged education system.

And quite simply the USA Democratic Party is to the Right of the Conservative Party of Canada on most issues. The Overton window in the USA is quite to the right.

No one in their right mind thinks CNN leans heavily left.
Even if you think they lean "heavily Dem" which is a very dubious statement to make, they don't lean "heavily left".
