As for public sex, I've had sex at Sauble Beach. One fond memory is driving down the 401 at night out by Kingston. Me and the GF were in the back of her brother's VW van and her nother was sitting with him in the front. She gave me a great BJ in the rear seat and her sister, in the middle row, just turned and gave me a smile...

I'd probably have to either say a snowbank (Not recommended) or an empty train car (recommended).
No frostbite, but that's probably because it was too uncomfortable to stay long enough to do real damage.

In a movie theatre while watching City Slickers 2 in downtown Toronto. Was a matinee show so there were not a lot of people there but still.....My dancer GF at the time decided it was time for some reverse cowgirl about halfway through the picture.
