Horrible. Imagine working a job so bad that not only it kills you but it takes staff a few days before they realize you're dead.... At your desk.

I am surprised the time clock doesn't go off or inform HR that some one has worked for the past 16 hours straight.

Not everybody punches a time clock
Well I guess the companies from now will have to do so and make Office People do so to avoid lawsuits.

We had a problem recently at work. Where a guy left his car behind at work for the weekend. From work with his buddy left for up north. The last two guys leaving the building got concern, ( the alarm has to be armed ) who is the guy and where in the building does he work. They (guys) called for anyone inside the building going around every section some lights were one when no on was there, and no response, for 1/2 hour. They left and on Monday there was a memo sent out not to let it happen again.

I did that working over a weekend and the new time period started at midnight Saturday so the time person monitoring the shift had no Idea I worked or was on the clock for 24 hours ………
