Doesn't matter where they operate. If Hamas is hiding behind civilians Israel can't kill civilians to get to Hamas. Per international law. Also mind you Israel does not do BDAs. So they actually don't know who they are killing either. They just genocide and hope a couple are Hamas. Infact on October 7, they could not differentiate Israelis from Hamas and ended up killing minimum 100 people via friendly fire.

They intentionally fire out rockets where the civilians are so Israel can bomb that locate to make it look like Israel is tageting civilans, fucking dirty.

Yes it is. And per international law a violation of international law by one side does not absolve the other from their obligations. That is assuming that Hamas are even engaged in taking human shields. There is no proof of that.

Attacking civilians is a war crime. Taking hostages is a war crime. Taking human shields is a war crime. Killing said human shields is a war crime. And last but not least killing those civilians while displaying intent to destroy a group is genocide.
