Hamas refused to release more hostages and instead launched a bunch of rockets during the ceasefire even as Qatar and the US were working the phones trying to get a deal done but I'm sure Frank claims it's Israel's fault even though Israel agreed the day before to Hamas releasing 2 fewer hostages than the deal required.

Seems either Hamas doesn't want to release any more hostages or they can't get them back from the other terror groups.

No every Palestinian death is Israeli responsibility. Israel has a choice to not commit war crimes, but it is. End of story.
Hamas also has a choice not to attack Israel and not commit terrorism to protect the people that note them to power...endnof story...if Israel wanted to commit genocide... 5 carpet.bombings could've done the job...

Seems plenty of Gazans hate Hamas but to quote from the piece, Frank and the people who support Hamas sit safely in foreign countries with their tea and popcorn treating Palestinian suffering as if it were a TV show.

Not too very long from now, only Eid decorations will be allowed.

Maine: Star of David removed from town’s holiday light display after Muslim complaints

Members of the Arab American community were offended by the Jewish symbol in light of the Israel-Hamas war. The star has been replaced with a dreidel.

A Star of David has been removed from the city of Westbrook’s holiday light display following complaints from Arab American residents who “found it to be offensive in relation to the conflict currently in the Middle East,” according to Mayor Michael Foley….

Stark footage of Hamas’s Oct. 7 atrocities leaves US senators silent and tearful

Members of both parties shaken after viewing 43 minutes of harrowing footage shown at a pivotal moment for Israel, which relies on American support to continue battling Hamas

WASHINGTON (JTA) — If there’s a trait that unites the 100 members of the US Senate, it is volubility: These folks, who invented the filibuster, know how to talk.

It was remarkable to see them then exiting a screening room on Tuesday in the bowels of the Capitol building, barely able to shape their mouths into a single word.

The unusual silence came after two senators, Jacky Rosen, a Jewish Nevada Democrat, and Marco Rubio, a Florida Republican, screened for their fellow senators 43 minutes of harrowing footage of the carnage Hamas terrorists committed on October 7 when gunmen massacred 1,200 people, mostly civilians, with stunning brutality, and took 240 more hostage in the Gaza Strip, among them many women, children, and the elderly.

“I don’t want to talk about it,” New York Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand, a Democrat, said as she walked away, her eyes filled with tears.

Israel’s government, which produced the film to combat denial about the horrors the unfolded during the attack, has made the video available for private screenings, on strict condition that its images are not shared. It has been shown in statehouses and Hollywood, and New York Rep. Hakeem Jeffries, who leads the Democratic minority in the US House of Representatives, has screened the video for House members.

What part of cutting of power, water, food and carpet bombing Gaza isn't collective punishment?
You've been told again and again that it is not "collective punishment". No one is trying to punish civilians. But if HAMAS embeds within the civilian community, HAMAS places civilian lives at risk.

If the only way that Israel can self-defend is by destroying HAMAS and the only way to destroy HAMAS is to engage in a civilian-heavy milieu - because that's what HAMAS chooses - then there are going to be many unavoidable inadvertent civilian casualties.

Which is what HAMAS intends. Ask yourself the following questions:

1. Why did HAMAS raid Israel and commit outrageous war atrocities and then dare Israel to come get them?

2. Why did HAMAS do this, knowing that Israel could not refuse to go into Gaza to get HAMAS and knowing that HAMAS didn't even have a FRACTION of the military capability that Israel does? HAMAS was certain to lose massively, completely and relatively quickly. HAMAS has no tanks or tac air and relatively little artillery and all its assets are technologically primitive.

3. Why does 100% of the pro Palestinian news coverage feature dead women and kids?

Answer to all of the above questions: Because the whole point of everything that HAMAS did was to manufacture news footage for Western media showing dead Palestinian kids. It's ALL about stirring up moral outrage among the Western audience. THAT'S why HAMAS is doing this whole shtick. From 7 October onwards, this whole episode has been HAMAS figuring out how to sacrifice Palestinian children and show their bodies on CNN.

The theory was that HAMAS could turn the west against Israel if HAMAS made Israel kill Palestinian kids and then videotaped the dead kids and showed them.

Netanyahu said he'd start bombing Gaza regardless so Hamas stopped exchanging prisoners.
Pretty basic.

If you want to get them out demand a ceasefire.
Stop killing people.
