The show has probably some scripted scenes, but for the most part is not fake. Some of the members may bei in it to get exposure from the show, though.
Should have taken her to the zoo. How you say zebra in spanish? Or for this particular ass clown, he can just wave his hand to denote zebra, since he only learned the word "ola" after a year of "communicating" with someone online. That's really screwed up.
