That will worsen shortages of labors to fill low pay jobs. ThereDeport them all.
is a good reason why Angela Merkel wanted more migrants.

Rioters have no interest in working. They don't participate in the job market in any meaningful way. Deport every last one of them. That will worsen shortages of labors to fill low pay jobs. There

Well, you are the guy who refers to immigrants coming from shithole counties, calls gays "groomers" and says that suicides are "weak".....
Well clearly some of the rioters do have day jobs. And many of them were born in France and are French citizens. Where do you take that?Rioters have no interest in working. They don't participate in the job market in any meaningful way. Deport every last one of them.

if they are rioting, looting and committing arson, you take that trash to prisonWell clearly some of the rioters do have day jobs. And many of them were born in France and are French citizens. Where do you take that?
you can not take protests which include rioting looting and arson as seriousIf riots escalate the most likely response from right-wingers will not be one
for them to take protest seriously but to seize the opportunity to gain power.
Unless and until protests are non-violent they will be viewed as idiotic and excuses to riot loot and commit arsonUnless and until right wingers stop being idiotic and are willing to take protests seriously, and address core issues, these types of violent civil unrests will continue to occur.
Of course, Trump's own base once tried to violently overthrow the US government. But I get it.... according to him, Mexicans are all far worse. One of the only true things he ever said.
France's immigration policy has been a raging success. Along with the rest of Western Europe. I got it wrong. Carry on.......Of course, Trump's own base once tried to violently overthrow the US government. But I get it.... according to him, Mexicans are all far worse.
It's fizzled because they make no effort to assimilate the immigrant communities. Compare to how Canada does things.France's immigration policy has been a raging success. Along with the rest of Western Europe. I got it wrong. Carry on.......

empathy is not available for anyone who riots, loots or commits arsonYou don't give a shit about them one way or another.

Immigration has greatly enriched our cultural diversity which I am grateful for.LOL
So let me get this straight. It is France's fault that they cant assimilate immigrant communities of millions of people who have no claim on France other than they have chosen to squat there with hands outstretched . Not the effort of the immigrants to assimilate to the host country.
It's working out great in Canada. What was it? One million immigrants last year and more to come. Homelessness and joblessness in Canada. Native communities without clean drinking water. The US can't even take in one million new people each year.....................
Why nit pick? Bring em all in I say. We've got room.Immigration has greatly enriched our cultural diversity which I am grateful for.
And being an immigrant myself I am more pro- than anti-immigration. That being
said, I am also worrying about our immigration policy being guided by political correctness.
I'd rather see Canada bringing in no more than one-fifth of one million immigrants
and preferably those who bring with them professional skills in demand and capital
to invest in nation's industries. Cultural diversity is great but we have to be pragmatic
with our immigration policies.
When you have a population of 1.5 billion with a large number coming to a country of 40 million, on a continuing basis, there will be a tipping point fairly quickly where the original settlers, colonists, whatever, will become a minority within a few decades. Not that it's a threat.Assimilation means, the immigrant forgets their cultural origins, and completely blends in with the local population. This will never happen for 1st generation immigrants, nor should it be expected to happen. For example, I still neither follow any North American sports nor understand them (or have any interest in them for that matter). I still watch and follow only cricket. Integration on the other hand should definitely happen. But it is a two way street. You cannot integrate with a people who do not want to have anything to do with you. Canadians in general, despite what you may read from a few ignorant posters on TERB (lol), are open to accepting immigrants more readily than France (from what I have read). Over there, these immigrants live in segregated poor communities. They are not accepted for jobs because their names are ethnic (this happens to an extent in Canada via the Canadian Experience requirement, but it is usually for a short while and gets better with time). They are heavily racially profiled and are not treated well. Canada is far more accepting and infact has developed an immigration system that generally ensures that people who come here are ones that will easily integrate and most importantly succeed.
Second, this idea that immigrants are somehow outnumbering you is racist paranoia created by some extreme right wing nut jobs. 44% of Canadians are either 1st or 2nd generation immigrants. You or your ancestors were immigrants. Immigrants today are no different. If you are worried about cultural issues, then Canada is pluralistic. Even without immigrants from India or the middle east, you have your own Italian, Portuguese and other ethnic enclaves where those individual cultures still thrive. The more recent immigrants are no different.
And to your last sentence, yes, Canada does need immigration. Both to pay into the system for social services and pensions and also to fill labour shortages.
Not that I disagree with you but I suspect that bringing in more immigrants is not.....................
