I apologize... that was a different Hispanic criminal. But hey, we live in a time when people can change genders whenever they want... so maybe he thought he could change his race (it makes as much sense). Lots of very confused people out there.

Civilians cannot buy a Beretta ARX160. The ARX100 is the semi auto version of the ARX160 that was marketed in the United States, but was never that successful.
