Drink boxes - Always makes me laugh when Trudeau was answering a question on his family cutting back on plastics - " We…uh…uh…we have recently switched to drinking water bottles out of…water out of when we have uh bottles out of uh plastic, sorry, away from plastic towards uh paper — like drink box water bottles sort of things,"

She gives us water in her first post.
For hydration and water wasn't listed in her poll choices.

Surgery drinks are extremely bad for you and I avoid them like the plague. I used to drink sugary drinks all the time, several times a day but it catches up with you as you get older. Now, at most, I might have one glass of OJ or chocolate milk a month. That's it.

Oh, and the "diet" softdrinks are probably worse for you. A chemical soup.

Meaning you can have all the water you want to ensure you stay properly hydrated. Didn't think that was that difficult to understand.

Is mineral water, carbonated water, coconut water - all under a "Water" choice?

What about almond milk?

Where do veggie n fruit smoothies fit?

No smoothies on the list means no smoothies fit. Sorry.

Milk is milk.

Regular old boring water only.

Curious as to what the connection is.
Andrew Scheer, during his campaign, was slamming the updated Canada Food Guide during a meeting with dairy farmers in Saskatchewan. He also said his government would remove nutrition labelling from food products. He then went on to say that "chocolate milk saved my son's life".

In the wake of that, there was a backlash on social media of people making fun of Scheer for his chocolate milk comments.

I'll drink almost any tea, but I usually try to avoid highly caffeinated ones. So not a fan of blacks, mostly stick to green and only brew for like 15-30 seconds or so.
I'm the opposite. I only like black tea and I like it brewed strong and then cut with a good dose of milk.

This poll no bueno for Tomoreno.

With such an abundance of choices, why just stick to 1?

Might as well ask "If you could choose jist 1 SP, who would it be?"

That is the point. To choose just one out of so many.

And you just gave away my next poll topic! Thanks for ruining it. LOl;)

I'll save you the time and give you an answer.

If any man on this board participates and chooses just 1 SP - that person is LYING.

We're not designed this way... and those few who are - not on TERB.

Being of Irish/British heritage if I didn't say tea I'd be scolded. The beauty of tea is that you can have it hot or iced.

Thanks. Removing the nutritional info is absolutely ridiculous. It hurts the consumer to not know.

I think I got it.

I said that water was not in your poll. It's not. Is water a "beverage"? I did a google search and the results are mixed. Some say it is, some say it is not.

It's all I drink now. I gave up all sugary drinks and your poll is mainly sugary drinks. I don't drink coffee, I don't drink tea, I gave up all booze years ago. But I will drink a bottle of water even though I'm not thirsty and am already "hydrated".

So I guess I'm boring.

But all I drink is bottled water now. Once in a blue moon, I will crack and have an orange juice or chocolate milk, but that is extremely rare.

I'd love to give up carbs, but I find that just about impossible as I love sushi too much and ice cream and pasta. So the best I can do for now is reducing.

Bottom line, I firmly believe that sugar, all sugar, is poison.
