The best Indian/Pakistani food there is. I believe they have Goat Brains on the menu. Very authentic place (often will sit you in patio furniture... inside).
I gave him the option as he does enjoy Indian food. They only have the lamb brains on the weekend. Here's hoping that never ending construction is done and we won't be eating on picnic tables under a tent.

Eating animal brains and spinal cords is associated with mad cow disease.

A human version of mad cow disease called variant Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (vCJD) is believed to be caused by eating beef products contaminated with central nervous system tissue, such as brain and spinal cord, from cattle infected with mad cow disease. For this reason, the USDA requires that all brain and spinal cord materials be removed from high-risk cattle -- older cattle, animals that are unable to walk, and any animal that shows any signs of a neurological problem. These cow products do not enter the U.S. food supply. The USDA believes this practice effectively safeguards U.S. public health from vCJD.

I'm not about to tell the guy he will get Mad Cow's disease. His body, his choice.

I don't think we have contaminated beef/cattle in Canada which makes this a non-issue.

I would check with high-end Italian restaurants (Via Allegro? Maybe. I haven't seen 'cervello' on the menu in years.)

Yes, more commonly known as sweetbreads.
When I've ordered sweetbreads in restaurants, they've served thymus glands, not prairie oysters.

I went to a Greek place once for the Slovakia, they also had on the menu broiled goats brains in the scull. It was served with the scull split down the middle on a bed of rice. There was a photo of it on the menu.
