I grew up in the Niagara Region and would often go across the river for wings, still do with a bunch of friends that live in the area, always a good trip with great wings and pizza.

My hockey team goes to Hoodoo McFiggins on Dixie just north of Eglinton during the winter season and the wings are pretty good. Hmm, its been along summer, can't wait to play again come winter for those wings.

I went to Wild Wings the other day and I wasn't to impressed. Yes they have a lot of flavours but do you really need them in the wings are good? Also, Kelsey's surprising does a pretty good wing.

Wild wings........way overrated.

Another great place that had great wings many years a go was the Million Dollar strip joint. I havent been there in 8yrs so i don't know if theyre still good.

Taste wise Wild Wings for sure. My fav flavor is Sweet Excape - Honey Garlic & Gar Par... Eye candy wise? All Star's by a looong shot. Young/fit/wait staff all with great knocker's? Also their Greek Fires are to die for
All star wings is more consistant than wild wings when it comes to flavour and most importantly how the wings are cooked. Wild wings is a franchise and i've found all their locations are different in consistancy. The wild wings in South Ajax closed down.......honestly no one went there. They had horrible wings.

I've been to Wild Wing three times, each time hoping that they would give me some good food.

Other than their deep fried pickles which are fabulous, this place is the worst wing joint ever.
Best place is still Hooters hands down.

Buffalo wild wings absolutely fucking sucks! Horrible wooden seating, at the one we were at waitress was bad, food way overpriced. I ordered the hottest ones they had and they were on par with medium at most places. The wings looked like they were from baby chickens. Never go to that shithole again. Kelseys is ok. Dont think you get the best wings at chain places. In London there is ring a wing. Hands down the best wings around, but dont go giving DATY after a pound of spontaneous combustion..

Everytime Ive been to Wild Wing they have always been consistently great! Everyone has different tastes and definition to what makes a great wing. If you like WW try the Snakebite sauce...mmm spicy mustard.

I LOVE 'Feathers' wings! It's a pub on Kingston Rd just west of Victoria Park! You have to ask for 'double baked'. The double baking (grilling) knocks down the spicy factor down one step. So if you like hot, you order suicide. If you like medium, you order hot! Enjoy!

Is that the same Duff's as in Buffalo?
Yes, and best in GTA. Tried all star wings and wild wings and they arent as good.

Of course it is 1000 times better if you go to the actual Duff's in Buffalo (tried it myself). The wings there are more meaty, and juicy. The wing sauce is the same.

Was wondering about that because it is difficult to replicate the same wings recipe Duff's a famous for in Buffalo. In Buffalo Duff's beat out the Anchor Bar for best wings, in competition here the last couple years. Buffalo is also known for having some pretty good Pizza. Have friends that travel and live in Florida where Buffalo style wings and Pizza are featured, and they all agree it is not as good in Florida and tastes terrible down there. Maybe the same holds true for Duff's in TO.
The only difference between the Duff's in toronto and the Duff's in Buffalo is that you get twice as much for your dollar in Buffalo. Everything at Duff's here is down sized, smaller wings, half the blue cheese, no carrots, and no sides for the same price. And they get one thing wrong, they serve the blue cheese with celery before they serve the wings. But the right thing to do is to dip the saucy wings into the blue cheese. The taste is the same however.

You probably could drive to buffalo with other people and it might end up saving you money. Duff's in Buffalo sells their sauce in bottles if I remember right, which they don't here.

FYI......Buffalo wings with blue cheese dip was invented in the Anchor Bar in Buffalo.
Used to hit Anchor Bar back in the day when it was a good Jazz Club. Tried their wings and wasn't particularly impressed with them back then when they were rated #1. My fav wings were made by my cook brother. He said it was a common recipe a few Hotels and restaurants used in Buffalo, using only common generic ingredients. They came either regular or BBQ, mild, hot or extra HOT and tasted better than any wings I tried elsewhere. Back in the day the Marriott Hotel in Amherst used that recipe and would give them away every Tuesday nite and I made a point of stopping there every time possible.....;)

Great wings, brew and the tail available there was pretty good also.....
