If you defend Trump then you're doing the same, no?Are you seriously defending criminals?
If you defend Trump then you're doing the same, no?Are you seriously defending criminals?
Did I miss the part where Trump was convicted of a crime? Because if he wasn't, that doesn't make him a criminal right? And if he's not a criminal then I'm not defending a criminal right? If you defend Trump then you're doing the same, no?
You must still be in denial over all the failed witch hunts you desperately held onto to. Poor Flubadub...you have no right talking about integrity...you have none of your own. You can't even follow this board's rules. You're the Rob Ford crackhead defence team here, now you're going to add defending Trump and his call for illegal hacking to your itinerary?
True, there is no cure for terminal stupidity. Some of these gomers would hoot and holler if Trump were fucking their grandmother in the ass on Fifth Avenue.I'm sure there are plenty of sordid details about Trump that have yet to surface, but if his cultists still support him after the barrage of corruption and insanity that he has publicly unleashed in the past 4 years, I doubt if the new evidence would wake them up.
Impeached.Did I miss the part where Trump was convicted of a crime?
Impeached. You must still be in denial over all the failed witch hunts you desperately held onto to. .
Only a combination of Presidential immunity and obstruction of justice has kept him out of prisonHas he been convicted of a crime? Or is that just your emotional TDS assessment?
Yeah that's what I thought...no convictions which means he's not a criminal.Only a combination of Presidential immunity and obstruction of justice has kept him out of prison
Last I checked he was aquitted.Impeached.
Trump was impeached.
Check again.Last I checked he was aquitted.
That's funny...last time I checked being sued doesn't make you a criminal?
So you are saying he wasn't acquitted?Check again.
Trump was impeached just not removed from office.
How many times can you be wrong in one day?
C'mon Frankie, the House Intelligence Committee had a hard time trying to identify anything specifically criminal in the President's discussion with the Ukrainian President. Trump was actually impeached by the House for abuse of power and obstruction of Congress. Now the House can impeach a President for almost any reason criminal or not, but those two charges are not actual crimes. Prominent legal scholars have also noted obstruction of Congress was kind of a bullshit charge because the Courts decide conflicts between the President and the House. The House is not it's own arbiter in it's dealings with a President.Check again.
Trump was impeached just not removed from office.
How many times can you be wrong in one day?
Are you still claiming he wasn't impeached and isn't still impeached? So you are saying he wasn't acquitted?
Still looking for evidence Trump is a "criminal".
You mean that Dem publicity stunt that failed and then he was aquitted? Are you still claiming he wasn't impeached and isn't still impeached?
Oh, if you want evidence of Trump's criminal antics you should ask those who fell under the bus for him.
Cohen - now writing a book, for instance, went to jail for doing the illegal acts Trump requested of him.
Once Trump is out of office he'll be dealing with those charges himself.
Trump's gang of criminals
I agree in principle but since your lord and master begged for and got the exact same thing I don't have as much sympathy.OMFG you are desperate. As usual, defending criminals and making fun of sick people. Pathetic.
The proof that Trump is a criminal was redacted by Bill Barr. Enough saidYou mean that Dem publicity stunt that failed and then he was aquitted?
Still waiting for proof of convictions that show Trump is a criminal. tick tock
Don't have any right? So that means he's not a criminal right?
Right.
Still doesn't answer the question. Usually someone has to be convicted of a crime to be considered a criminal right? Otherwise, it's just speculation and opinion. And you know what they say about opinions right? The proof that Trump is a criminal was redacted by Bill Barr. Enough said
You mean like when they settle fraud cases out of courtStill doesn't answer the question. Usually someone has to be convicted of a crime to be considered a criminal right? Otherwise, it's just speculation and opinion. And you know what they say about opinions right?
How about this one?In 2000, Donald Trump paid $250,000 to settle fines related to charges brought by New York State Lobbying Commission director David Grandeau. Trump was charged with circumventing state law to spend $150,000 lobbying against government approval of plans to construct an Indian-run casino in the Catskills, which would have diminished casino traffic to Trump's casinos in Atlantic City.[53][54]
Or this one?In 2009, Trump was sued by investors who had made deposits for condos in the canceled Trump Ocean Resort Baja Mexico.[84] The investors said that Trump misrepresented his role in the project, stating after its failure that he had been little more than a spokesperson for the entire venture, disavowing any financial responsibility for the debacle.[85] Investors were informed that their investments would not be returned due to the cancellation of construction.[84] In 2013, Trump settled the lawsuit with more than one hundred prospective condo owners for an undisclosed amount.[86]
But really, one that will bite him in the ass when he's turfed this fall is the Stormy Daniel payments. As of 2019, investors are suing Donald Trump and his family for fraud, false advertising, and unfair competition. They allege that Trump recommended the multi-level marketing company ACN as a good investment and that Trump did not disclose that he was being paid by ACN.
Cohen went to jail for his part, Trump will after his term is done and he's not protected by DOJ policy. In August 2018, Cohen pleaded guilty to breaking campaign finance laws, admitting paying hush money of $130,000 and $150,000 "at the direction of a candidate for federal office", to two women who alleged affairs with that candidate, "with the purpose of influencing the election". The figures match sums of payments made to Stormy Daniels and Playboy model Karen McDougal.[172][173] American Media, Inc. had reportedly in 2016 bought for $150,000 the rights to a story by McDougal alleging an affair with a married Trump from 2006 which lasted between nine months to a year.[174][175][176] David Pecker (AMI CEO/chairman and friend of Trump), Dylan Howard (AMI chief content officer) and Allen Weisselberg (chief financial officer of the Trump Organization) were reportedly granted witness immunity in exchange for their testimony regarding the illegal payments.[177][178]
In response, Trump said that he only knew about the payments "later on"; Trump also said regarding the payments: "They didn't come out of the campaign, they came from me."[179]
The Wall Street Journal reported on November 9, 2018, that federal prosecutors have evidence of Trump's "central role" in payments to Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal that violated campaign-finance laws.[180][181]
In a December 7, 2018 sentencing memorandum for Cohen, federal prosecutors implicated Trump in directing Cohen to commit the campaign finance law felonies for which Cohen had pleaded guilty. Shortly after the memorandum court filing, Trump tweeted, “Totally clears the president. Thank you!”[182] Cohen was sentenced to three years in federal prison.[183]
On December 13, 2018, Trump denied directing Cohen to make hush payments.[184] That same day, NBC News reported that Trump was present in an August 2015 meeting with Cohen and David Pecker when they discussed how American Media could help counter negative stories about Trump's relationships with women, confirming previous reporting by The Wall Street Journal.[185][186] In 2019, Cohen testified to Congress that Trump did order to pay Stomy Daniels $130,000 as hush money and then lie about the payment.[187]
