Just out of curiosity. And please be honest. If you have other reasons you can indicate below by commenting or choose the best possible poll that. When I mean bad experience it can be any of the following: use of drugs, gangs, thugs, pimps approaching or recruiting you, violence, threats, aggressiveness, theft, and robbery ect..

Thank you.

I am guessing it is a combination of those reasons you listed, I did not even think of some of them.

There are a huge range of differences between black men. And fairly small differences between the average black man and the average white man.

But it's kinda weird or sad that no ad ever says, "no stinky brown people, or no cheap Asians" LOL. Maybe SPs just like to talk shit about black peoples for fun

Last year, I asked that question to a well experienced SP and she told me the “no black guys” means, for most of the time, that the girl has a pimp/boss and no other pimps are welcomed. She also said that the reason they say no “black” men is because lots of the pimps used to be either black or latino mens. The expression stayed in the industry. In fewer instenses, it’s likely the SP truly doesn’t want a black dick... but that must be rare, we’re in 2018 god damnit!

That SP used to work for pimps in her early years and when she was also stripper. Now, she is milf age and fully independant, doing incalls in Hull. The way we were talking seemed to me she was truly honest and had nothing to gain from liying on that.

People aren't allowed to choose the colour of skin or dick they want because it is 2018? It is okay to be racist. You just have to keep the racist ideas to yourself nowadays or the society will fuck you up.

....so I brought this up ages ago and decided to actually ask the sps. Every single time it was the pimping issue. A couple of faves on here got robbed/assaulted/roughed up when it was brought to their attention that they now had a 'man' and that's how it was going to be from now on. Make of that what you will.
Maybe some will have a different take but I no longer think it's necessary for sex workers to explain their preferences to anyone.

None of the above here.
Some of the best regs i have are black.
Polite, funny, a little shy, good careers, all around healthy normal people. Ive never said no to black men. And i find it also very rude and discriminating (dont we live in canada not usa?) To even post that on an ad. The only reason i can think of is those young girls have pimps.
Oh well, keep up your divisiveness ladies, thats just more biz for me! ;)

Id also just like to point out that white men are on average attempt to practice very unsafe sexual practices. Even asking for bbfs on text message. With the opening lines of " hi, im a 42 very good looking CLEAN white male"... there are more domestic violence from white men also than black men.
There also seems to be more murders among SW at the hands of white men. Im surprised with all the above truths ads dont say no white men. They are more of a risk to sw s than black men. Black men get all the flack just bc of their skin color. This is just pure racism.

From what certain providers have told me, young black men often try and pimp them out, which is why some will advertise "no black men under 35" etc. I've even seen a black female provider who refused to see black guys for the aforementioned reason.

It works as a screening tool but in reverse. Plenty of guys see that and refuse to even text the provider.

Everything in an ad can be seen as a screening tool. The pics (looks), location, no black gents, safe only and even the times the ads are posted (day and evening time vs. overnight).
To touch on 'no black gents', I don't think of pimps or anything like that when I see it, I feel bad for all the solid stand up black gents out there.
I'm Caucasian, can't imagine what it would be like if I were to see 'no white guys' on so many ads.

It was jarring the first time I saw it but now it doesn't bother me at all. I just move on.

I'm black and started hobbying in 2010. None of the ads back then used to say "no black men" so I never even mentioned my race when contacting SP's. This really took off in about 2015 I would say, now every other ad has it mentioned somewhere. Now when I want to see someone new (even though I enjoy repeat sessions more nowadays) I let the lady know that I'm black. Keeps things from becoming awkward when I turn up.

I do exactly the same than you, Bro. I don't waist my time with these providers who don't want to see me because of the color of my skin. I always ask the question and the answer allow me to not wasting my time with the one who don't want. I keep repeating with the ones that respect me the same way that I respect them. Sometime, even the provider get offended by the question, but Hey, what can I do?

It is very frustrating, but it is what it is. I just move on!

Unless the provider is a POC themself, its racism plain and simple.

Everyone is entitled to see only who they wish, so no one can tell a provider they have to see black men if they don't want to, but their preferences have a racist background to it by prejudice and social conditioning, and it's important everyone take the time to reflect on that.

By and large, white men are the ones who rob, assault, rape, pressure for unsafe services, are unhygienic, etc. That's also probably because they make up the majority of clients, because they're also the ones with the majority of wealth in society. But anyone who says they don't want to see black clients because they had a bad experience with them, or some other similar reason, while probably not lying, is generalizing. I've had a bad experience with a person of basically every race, but that doesn't stop me from not seeing them again because a) every person is an individual, and one person's actions do not reflect others, and b) some SPs can get away with generalizing like this with black men because they're a minority, and they know it won't effect their business as much. If they said the same about white men, they'd have no clients at all.

Also the large penis thing? C'mon people, are we also going to claim all Asian men have small dicks? A person's skin colour doesn't reflect on penis size. Usually I've found tall skinny dudes or slightly chubby ones of every race always have the largest dicks, if we're being honest here :p

At the end of the day, every reason they have comes down to racist conditioning, and it's important people work to unpack this stuff and understand where it comes from. And yes I know people get their panties in a bunch when the words racism is thrown around, but instead of getting defensive, it's good to actually stop and think on the prejudices we have embedded in us, and why we think it's okay and acceptable to have them at all.

And absolutely providers should only see who they wish and are comfortable with, no arguments there since it's their body.

The fact remains, until this industry is decriminalized, everyday an independent provider offers their services they are putting themselves more at risk than we are as clients.
Indeed, in fact i feel more at risk around a white man with attempts at pressuring me into unsafe sexual activity.

Never felt that way with a black client. In fact, i d have to say i feel safer and more secure providing services to black clients. Some of the safest, boundry respecting regs/gents a girl could ask for.

If you really want a good discussion this should be in the Lounge. Actually, I'd suspect it already is. A few dozen times!

Do you think brown people stink rubber ducky? Is that a stereotype that u cling to? Do u also think asians are cheap? Asians i habe pay full price..they never haglle. White guys are cheap and they haggle.especially the younger ones. 30 somethings. Brown people u think smell like curry? Is that what your implying? Maybe you like to talk shit about all kinds of colored peoples for fun.
I see its not just some.girls that are racist. La *sigh*
I think he's on your side, Alma, and he was mocking the reasoning. I hope.

When it comes to sex work interactions, though, I give a pass to this style of filtering. She can be as discriminating (racist) as she desires since it involves very intimate contact. Her attitude isn't likely to change in a short period of time. And, yes, that means less business for her, and more business for you and others like you, Alma. In many, many ways racism is just plain dumb. Denying yourself money because of it is one of those ways.

There is actually a correlation between ethnicity and penis size, just as there is for height and a myriad of other genetic traits. Also, I don't think most women who say "no blacks" started out that way, maybe they've had different experiences than you. I've had many women tell me they refuse to work in Montreal because of the behaviour of the clientele, is that fundamentally wrong? What about the women who won't see men under a certain age? To say with certainty that commonalities don't exist across different groups of people is just as stupid as blind racism. If these women aren't basing their prejudice on their experiences, and only on preconceived notions, then yes that's stupid, but it's still their choice regardless. Is it any less discriminatory to refuse to have sex with someone who can't afford to pay you?
