not always sure...
Campbell soup starts tonight. He's 3-1-1 vs Arizona.
....and Arizona countered with Adin Hill in net, an AHL call up.

It was Arizona's 3rd road game in 4 nights against a well-rested Leafs squad and it still had to go to overtime.

Coyotes had a disallowed goal in O.T.

Kinda dodged a bullet on this one.
It was the 5th game in a row against a team either out of the playoffs or on the bubble.

So now Nylander is getting lumped in with Esposito, Gretzky AND Lemieux......right......
OK. Here's a question.

Nylander on approx. 80 pt./season pace, is soft and a liability.

Gretzky scores 180 pt./season, is soft and a great player.

How many points does a soft player need per season to be considered an asset.

And last week, the Leafs played 3 games in 4 nights (4 games in 6 nights) with a career backup and got raked over the coals when they lost the last one. What's your point?

180 points sounds good to me.

So anything under that is still shit for a soft player?

Mike Bossy was shit.
Patrick Kane is shit.
McDavid is shit.
Denis Savard was shit.
Bure.
Henri Richard.

None would be considered physical players.

At least now we know.

You are so predictable it's actually quite boring.
You can't even resist biting on a stupid answer to a stupid question.

And by the way, none of the players you mentioned are as pussy whipped and afraid of their own shadow as Nylander is.
You really don't get it, you don't have to be physical to not be a soft player.
Nylander isn't even in the same league with any of those players, much less Esposito, Gretzky or Lemieux, all HOFamers,
unless that's what your saying.

At least we know.

It's no surprise the usual suspects would bring up names of players who have been retired for decades. It would make much more sense to compare Nylander to his contemporaries.

For example, I would take Brendan Gallagher, Max Domi and Matthew Tkachuk before Nylander. (Nylander and Marner's plus/minus is 0. Marner picks up a lot of assists but he might not even score 20 goals this season.)

.
It was actually a very valid and simple question that you couldn't answer. You got the kind of reply your stupid answer deserved.

From the guy whose claim to fame is deleting threads and running home crying. Tell us why you deleted those threads.

BTW, you will be able to pick Domi and Gallagher as your golf partners pretty soon and talk about the Habs' system.

Whatever you say shack, you're the smart one here.
Not necessarily, but my observations aren't based on being a hater with some kind of axe to grind.

Of course, you're the only one that has clarity and objectivity.
Anyone that doesn't agree with you to the detail is a hater or gets harassed.
Tell me, what's the axe I'm grinding?

Or would you prefer to stay on topic like you go on about all the time?

So far this season, it is Montreal 3-0 versus Toronto (6-5,5-2 and 2-1) and Montreal has lots of cap space.

Engvall and Mikheyev are too good young players with size, speed and skill and they add to the depth on the wings. Some may play centre when injuries dictate. Good find Dubas.

He should use part of that depth to upgrade the defence at the trade deadline line barring injuries. Other than Muzzin there just isn’t anyone else there that I’d trust to protect a lead. Barrie, Holl and Ceci are all weak and Sandin and Dermott are too green. They have enough puck movers and a big tough d man will take this team to another level, my humble opinion of course.

How many points does cap space have this season?
