Given how ludicrous Soupy's posts are in this thread and how rude he is, I think you might be parachuting in to back the wrong party here. Did Soupy PM you and ask you to jump into the thread and help him out?

Shlong's idea is a good one. You're on ignore for a while. I can't remember when you've written an intelligent or interesting post anyway. Your response to any dialogue is to insult the person concerned. Frankly, I'm sick of you and all your little buddies. You're all a total waste of my time.

I honestly don't know what you're talking about. I just made a simple suggestion.

I suspect I'm not the only person who couldn't be sure who you were making the suggestion to. Generally the person quoted is being addressed, and I think that's how oagre read it. Since the original quote has no content, beyond giving the impression that the poster is offended, I can see how oagre might mistakenly think you meant to take sides with Charge.

Wow - my first ever ignore!! Im no longer an non ignore virgin lol.

Do me a favor, keep me on ignore forever. You can't handle an opposing view, because intelligent conversations to you are only intelligent when they share your opinion. What can I say, sorry not sorry.

I won't be like 'some' ppl and continue to quote you, I'm way better than that.

He's right, hardly any of your posts are worth reading, you mostly just insult people. Oagre had no problem with an opposing view but you never presented that. You just insult people you don't agree with.

Maybe learn to use logic and facts.

Funny I never insulted him or called him names like he did me. Show me what my insult is!!!

FYI - I added more information worth of value in this thread than you did. Should look at yourself.

Bottom line - All judges can be taken off the bench AND The Supreme Court is getting this case, and they will reverse it. Let's see how 'intelligent' I really am.

Judges can't be arbitrarily taken off the bench just because you dislike them, and 99.99% of the 9th Circuit decisions have stood. Only a tiny fraction have been appealed, and the USSC didn't see enough merit in the overwhelming majority of those appeals to even hear the case.

So you're just totally wrong in all you've said. Your attempt to add "content" failed because all you added was an ignorant misrepresentation of the track record of the 9th Circuit coupled by a ludicrous claim that such things could ever be grounds for removing a judge.

I don't disagree with you, fuji. But, here is a quote from Wikipedia.

From 1999 to 2008, of the 0.151% of Ninth Circuit Court rulings that were reviewed by the Supreme Court, 20% were affirmed, 19% were vacated, and 61% were reversed; the median reversal rate for all federal appellate courts was 68.29% for the same period.[SUP][7][/SUP] From 2010 to 2015, of the cases it accepted to review, the Supreme Court reversed around 79 percent of the cases from the Ninth Circuit, ranking its reversal rate third among the circuits; the median reversal rate for all federal circuits for the same time period was around 70 percent.[SUP][8][/SUP]

Some argue the court's high percentage of reversals is illusory, resulting from the circuit hearing more cases than the other circuits. This results in the Supreme Court reviewing a smaller proportion of its cases, letting stand the vast majority of its cases.[SUP][9][/SUP][SUP][10]

[/SUP] And;

Erwin Chemerinsky, UC Irvine law school dean, sees the focus on the 9th Circuit as a reflection of the region's diversity. Immigration issues from Arizona, capital inmates' habeas corpus petitions from California's teeming death row, environmental disputes and labor-management conflicts arise more often in a judicial region stretching from Montana to Alaska and Hawaii, he noted.

"Reversal rates have no meaning whatsoever," said Chemerinsky. "If the Supreme Court overrules the 9th Circuit, it doesn't mean that the 9th Circuit was wrong and the Supreme Court was right. It means the Supreme Court had the last word."

Jason Chaffetz sums up this judicial over-reach quite nicely

"The President was duly given by congress the authority to protect our borders and secure our nation, and for these injunctions to come in place and prevent the President from doing his job is absolutely wrong"
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K9tRUnFUqTo

A memorable quote from Justice Antonin Scalia "As long as judges tinker with the constitution to 'do what the people want,' instead of what the document actually commands, politicians who pick and confirm new federal judges will naturally only want those who agree with them politically"

I said no such thing what I said was that ALL JUDGES can be removed from their bench, I didn't specifically say these judges. I used these judges as an example to illustrate what I meant. Yes they are given a lifetime appointment but that doesn't mean they are immune from being taken off the bench. You can be removed for being intoxicated, wonder if drunk on power counts?! lol.

This last district Judge William Orrick III bundled over $200,000 for Barack Obama. http://insider.foxnews.com/2017/04/...udge-san-francisco-obama-donor-william-orrick

Nevermind the bullcrap Fuji, let's settle this right now. If you're brave enough, let's bet on it. We know the SC is going to hear the case, that's a guarantee. Now that we know that, you say the SC will uphold this 9th circuit ruling, I say they will reverse it. I dare you, no actually, I double dare you to bet on those odds lol. Let's see how it all pans out shall we.

Long story short, the 9th circuit has shitty judges who render shitty decisions. It's not complicated.

Untrue. Only judges who violate the law can be removed, and they cannot be removed by Trump.
Impeachment by the House of Representatives and Trial by the Senate.

It might be mentioned that only six federal judges have been impeached and convicted.
