Well because most of us know how to read and all the thread was not very relevant... It truly falls into the #FakeNews category but in case you need help to understand why:

1- black guy was not arrested
2- black guy was not an FBI agent
3- they attempt to detain him and it was mistaken id nothing more
4- this video is so last year (literally) despite a new surge in social media purporting it as "new"

This man was indeed put under arrest, and although he may not have been an FBI agent, the cops sure bailed when they saw his identification. This to me is evidence that they knew they had messed up big time. This black gentlemen was not intimidated and had the balls to stand up for himself. All I saw here was a very brave man...

As a white guy, my experience would be to hand them my idea and they'd leave.
The fact that often it doesn't work that way for black men is exactly what the problem is. The guy could have been more cooperative but if that kind of bullshit happened to me on a regular basis, I'd be pissed too.
p.s. He wasn't under arrest but he was being detained. Only difference is the police don't need the same level of cause to detain you.

I think the point is they shouldn't ask for ID without probable cause. If he was sitting there minding his own business the cops had no right to come up to him and say "Hey can I see your ID" and not showing it puts you under arrest....it's not supposed to be Nazi Germany.... "Papers Please"
