Which antibody test?
The only one that is accurate and precise?
Which test is that exactly?
There hasn't been a single serological test that has been certified as accurate as of yet numb nuts.
They haven't even been able to prove that the antibodies these tests are picking up, are specifically covid-19 antibodies, or just antibodies produced from any virus in the Corona virus Family.
That's why the federal Government isn't doing any serological testing in Canada as of yet, because the tests are not accurate enough to give any useful information.
Again. Educate yourself before you embarrass yourself.
No single test currently available is completely reliable however there is a lot of converging evidence from a wide variety existing studies, surveys, and reports to estimate the number of infected. What they have in common is converging evidence that the number of infected far exceeds those reported/known cases. All major organizations including the WHO have already stated that most infected people experience mild or no symptoms.
We know which demographics are most impacted by the virus, and we have a fairly accurate figure on deaths.
But let's assume none of these preliminary studies pan out, that we've miraculously captured all infected in the data, and that the 6% aggregate death rate that you cited, is the true death rate.
This would mean that opening up the economy as planned in Ontario, Italy, and many places over the world will result in more deaths even with protective measures in place. You may be willing to walk on eggshells for the next few months or years because you're afraid, but don't expect everyone else to.
