Likely they will not open in the next year. They have a very poor lobby. It will make headlines if they do open.Damn...the list of business that can open on Tuesday (19 May) did not include strip clubs. I am getting tired of pornhub. When are they gonna open strip clubs?
This will be a huge disincentive to visit my fave SC. The champagne room is the main draw: a chance for the strippers to earn a decent living and for the patrons, privacy with one-on-one fun with your dancer. Sitting in the open area, sipping a beer, watching dancers strut their stuff, and being hustled for a contactless "table" dance for $10 a shot isn't going to cut it for me, LoL.I'm calling that they'll open Stripclubs when bars open but will have to keep the "champagne room" closed.
For rub and tug spas to open when hair dressers and estheticians open, then I think the MAs should wear a mask, gloves, and gown lol!
Yes, the only reason I pay for overpriced drinks while sitting in a sleazy bar is the champagne room experience. Stage dances are just the warm up, and "contactless dances" have zero appeal to me.This will be a huge disincentive to visit my fave SC. This scenario would seem to be the most likely from a public health perspective, but it's difficult to imagine how it would be very appealling to the dancers from a business-model point of view (of course they might also find open CRs less than inviting, at least for a while or until a vaccine or treatment is established to be effective).I'm calling that they'll open Stripclubs when bars open but will have to keep the "champagne room" closed.
I'm not a spa guy so someone else can validate this. But I would think the spa would be seen as less of a risk considering there will be less people in the building and the interaction is one on one. Usually there is sanitizer, a sink with soap, and in most cases a shower available. Of course none of that matters if the person is already sick.Very good points man, now let's progress this to the spa business model. Isn't spas a type of evolution of the SC by just eliminating the middle man (the stage and hustling), going straight to the back room for some even more anti-physical-distancing activities? Wouldn't it be more destructive to spas versus SC?
Not enough for me. Porn is better.I heard that in Oregon they have set up "drive through" strip clubs. A tent is set up outside of the club. The customer drives into the tent area and can order food that he eats in the car.(hopefully drinks can be ordered too?). Meanwhile he is entertained by the dancing girls who perform adjacent to the car. Not a bad idea for a "phase 1" reopening for those of us who need a fix and would like to support our favourite dancers..
Unless things have changed in the last five years they don’t have contact dancing there.strip clubs in Winnipeg are open, Lipstixxx, Teasers and Solid Gold
Nope, things are still the same here. I don’t know how they stay in business, I guess from clientele that doesn’t have any other choices. Anyone who has been to a strip bar in Toronto would be sadly disappointed visiting a strip bar in Winnipeg.Unless things have changed in the last five years they don’t have contact dancing there.
