I think there are a few countries out there with legalized sex work that allow disabled clients to utilize government money (via taxes) to pay to see sex workers. Which countries would they be?

Holland is one country where this happens. There was a report on TV several years ago about it. If I remember right, it is arranged by a charity which gets some of it's funding from the govt.
Mordecai Richler had one of his characters push for that idea on the British National Health. Decent idea now that' I'm getting to an age where it is becoming a probable concern.
