But according to Florida Supervisors of Elections only an immediate family member can do this...so who exactly is "a representative"?

He voted as an absentee in NY in 2018.

It's proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that Trump cares more about getting re-elected than saving lives. Thanks to America's Greatest President cutting the budgets of the CDC and FEMA, the USA will have more deaths than any other country. That's not taking into account that PRC numbers are fishy.
