That doesn't invalidate the argument. Why didn't the virus travel to Shanghai and Beijing, but made it to the other side of the world? The Chinese were prepared beforehand. Go kiss Xi Jinping's ass.
Actually the virus has travelled everywhere. Country as far
as Mexico has already been hit.They have had 800+ confirmed
cases of infection and 16 dead out of a population of 130 million.
Somehow it doesn't look like they are better prepared than
the U.S.
There are two options, one is your batshit crazy conspiracy theory the other is a much less batshit crazy conspiracy theory that the virus did travel to Shanghai and Beijing and China just would not admit it.

The report doesn't mention any deaths or gives the number of infected, only that they're not shopping at the moment. The virus may not have reached that city.
