If you're into the wood burning style pizza, then there's also Dino's in Etobicoke. They're also takeout focused with minimal seating inside.Maybe.
I really like 850 Degree pizza on Lakeshore in that area.

Abruzzo, Dante’s, Riccis. If I’m ordering after midnight it’s pizza nova.I'm currently watching a series on Crave called "The Pizza Show". Basically about some dude that owns a Pizzeria in Brooklyn that reviews pizza places in American cities, and all thing pizza related like the worlds largest pizza convention in Las Vegas.
Anyway, I was wondering what your favorite pizza joint is.
My all time favorite is still around but just not the same. A place called Paisanos. It was in Bayview Village mall for years, then moved to Willowdale Avenue for a bit, now it's on York Mills. Even after ownership changed hands, it was still amazing pizza as they didn't change much. Unfortunately, over the years some of their supplies closed shop so they had change (i.e, starting using different pepperoni) so it just wasn't the same.

My current favorite pizza is probably Abruzzo's on Yonge in Richmondhill.

I also get Dante's once in a while but it doesn't seem to be as good since it moved locations:

If i get any of the big chain places I get usuall Pizza Nova or Ginos. Once in a while I'll get Domino's, but I can't stand Pizza Pizza, Little Ceasars or Pizza Hut.
What are your spots? And please spare me the "I make my own pizza" response that someone inevitably always post when we discussing food joints. Just want to know what your favorite place to go grab a slice or pie is. I especially like the old school Ma and Pa places.
It is delicious pizza, the ingredients are top quality. Like the other poster said their style of pizza is very rare in the city. If you've had pizza at Buca and liked it this is better.I looked at the pics, didn't really look that good to me.
I get my single slices from them. Perhaps one day I should order a whole pizza made fresh. They have locations everywhere. As far as chain pizzas go, I'd give top grade to Pizzaiola. Their crust is the best. Always has a bit of crisp to it.
The sad thing is that there are plenty who do.that's like recommending McDonalds for the best burgar
You're joking right? I know people have different tastes but PH is gross.Pizza Depot or Pizza Hut.
Didn't know Camarra's closed the place was always busy and the pizza was very good....Abruzzo is always at the top.
D'Aversa at Kipling and Woodbridge Avenue.
Terroni's in TO.
I was a huge Camarra's fan before it closed recently.
This place is a gem with many varieties of pizza that they display in the window and cut into squares for you so that you can sample many interesting offerings, sort of a la cart pizzeria or you can order a custom pizza. There was a voluptuous beauty working there with full round breasts and ass, gorgeous face and very congenial on Sundays about five years back, but I don't see her there anymore, she made the trek up there to Woodbridge more tolerable. She was aware and appreciative of my admiration as I recallCiao Roma has some really delicious pizza, it's a little bit further south from Ricci's.
Unbelievably yes. There's one at Centre and between Dufferin and Bathurst. Fucking dog food.Is Farthole Pizza (3 for 1) still around?
Wot, how can it compete? That area has excellent eats. I remember my college days working on mechanical drawing at 3:00 AM, it was all that was left open. A farthole pizza is one where the crust curls inward, tastes like cardboard and leaves you ripping with vengeance the following morning.Unbelievably yes. My office is less than 2 minutes from there so I am usually there during the week, when I feel like working and being productive and head to the office so I don’t know what the voluptuous girl on the weekend looks like but during the week there is a late 20’s to early 30’s attractive skinny/fit girl that works there. This place is a gem with many varieties of pizza that they display in the window and cut into squares for you so that you can sample many interesting offerings, sort of a la cart pizzeria or you can order a custom pizza.
