If staying healthy and fit is one of the more important things in preventing getting infected than get yourself a set of Kettlebells and work out.

That's why I'm suggesting Kettlebells !!! You can do them at home !!!Gyms are germ factories. Best workout at home by walking,jogging or using your your own body weight by doing push ups and chin ups etc.
It sucks to get a tennis elbow, but you can get it from many different exercises too. That should not stop you from doing them. Just know that it can happen and take precaution. I would say most important is not to over do it! And proper form is very important also. Watch this video to learn proper form.Have been using kettlebells for years, and now my elbows are ruined.
Joe Rogan fucked himself up with these things, I believe. I tried them because I thought they were like a total workout you could throw in the back of your car and take anywhere. Found my upper body was bulking up without any strength gain,but absolutely no help for the legs. Used to sweat buckets after 20 minutes or so though.Have been using kettlebells for years, and now my elbows are ruined.
