The organisers have said it could be postponed until later in the year (September/October?) The go/no go decision on that doesn't need to be taken until around mid-May apparently.

The IOC are hoping the virus will have peaked, and or they will have developed a vaccine by then. The summer should reduce the spread of the virus anyway.

The Japanese President/Prime Minister just announced the Olympics are going ahead. Heard it on a Fan590 update.

It's official:

BREAKING: UEFA has decided to postpone #Euro2020 until June 11 - July 11, 2021

This is so the domestic leagues can finish their season now, in 2020.

Champions League Final re-scheduled to June 27, 2020

With the way things are right now I doubt some if not most domestic leagues will be able to finish. I would not be surprised is the season gets cancelled for some leagues, all it would take is one league to get the ball rolling and the others will follow suit. I cannot see Serie A or La Liga coming back anytime soon.

I wonder whether DAZN will offer any free extension towards the Football and other Sports for those that are signing up on an Annual Subscription??

A report on the BBC website:

Bundesliga clubs allowed to train again.

Clubs in Germany's top flight will be allowed to return to team training on Monday, with some opting to work in small groups.

Football has been suspended in Germany for almost a month and there will be no further action until at least 30 April.

Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich said their players will train whilst still adhering to measures in place to curb the spread of coronavirus.

It's a good question. I know DAZN is withholding licensing payments from to the FA and UEFA...so I hope so. My subscription comes due in mid May.

According to recent analysis, my beloved Burnley Football Club could face a 50 million quid loss of revenue if this current PL season isn’t completed. That could be devastating for my club, we don’t have a ‘sugar daddy’ owner, we rely on TV$, game day and commercial revenue to make ends meet. According to latest financial release, we have zero debt and a reported 45 million quid in the bank, that’s peanuts in the top end footy world. Fingers crossed this season is completed at some point.

Apparently numerous clubs are in the same position. The London Olympic Stadium that has been taken over by one of the clubs, I believe West Ham, are supposed to convert it back into an Athletics track for the oncoming Anniversary Games. So apparently there was a spat with West Ham as the Premier League was supposed to resume later in July. The Anniversary Games maybe gifted to Tokyo free of charge:
