Nothing will happen

He was clearly drunk at time of pickup (bartender + police office say so)
His stroke was super mild (he claims he walks with a limp now)
They called multiple times for family / friends to pickup and take home and he had noone
How do you figure thats worth millions?

Yeah a bartender is an expert the police should rely on for medical expertise. They should have given him a breathalyzer when he requested it. Its an easy test. The guy goes from standing to a complete mess with no additional drinks over 6 hours and the geniuses do nothing about that. Wow you really have the absolute lowest standards for police. Are you an ex cop from Zimbabwe or something?
