The Trump DOJ replaced two higher rated groups that Trump seemed to have disliked, including one in Phoenix that is against Trump on immigration issues.

Instead Hookers for Jesus that opposes decriminalization of prostitution and requires its guests to go to religious services twice a week was awarded $530,190 over three years.

The Lincoln Tubman Foundation replaced another program and was awarded $549,345 over three years. It was founded by the daughter of a prominent local Republican who supported Trump.

These two groups replaced the Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Palm Beach and Chicanos Por La Causa of Phoenix that were on the list of recommended anti-trafficking grant winners after receiving high marks from contractors hired to review applications.

Those nonprofit's had been replaced by Hookers for Jesus and the Lincoln Tubman Foundation, which both received lower rankings from the outside reviewers, according to Reuters.
