Sugar and carbs are cheap.
That's freedom for you.
We agree that the reason is counterintuitive. It's the overwhelming economic success of the USA, and the freedom and access to choose whatever one wants in the USA that explains its lower mortality rate compared to Europe.

You are clueless. Life expectancy is years lower in USA than in Europe.

In Europe and Japan its driven by demographics, in Africa by fuckedupness.

All of these can be blamed on a privatized health care system, in the same way the enormous prison population can be blamed on a privatized prison system.

All private enterprises want repeat customers.

All universal health care systems put a large emphasis on preventive measures, i.e avoiding cardiovascular disease, smoking, lung cancer, drinking a lot and obesity.

But, of course, that is a threat to "freedom", and Americans will rather die 3 years earlier than Europeans.
This is why highest mortality rates are in Europe?

Oh boy, you also do not have a clue. This time I am disappointed in you. Try to use your brain. You can figure it out.

Life expectancy by country: https://www.worldometers.info/demographics/life-expectancy/

USA: 79.11 Europe about 82
This is the meaningful metric for adult mortality. Ultimately, adult mortality is the same for every country....100%. What differentiates is lifespan.

Countries with a large aging cohort will experience a rise in year over year mortality until those adults have passed away. Immediately afterwards the mortality rate drops.

As the famous Astronomer Fred Hoyle (the Black Cloud) once wrote in a letter to Nature: "It is the purpose of my letter to clear up this misunderstanding, although I fail to see why it has arisen at all".

Yes, the chart is more reflective of aging country populations than healthcare standards.
