How often have you heard of a SP complaining about no-shows? I called Sparx around 2pm and spoke to Eva - she booked me for 10:30pm, claiming she had all but 1 hour available through the day. I then messaged her around 8:30 to clarify some details, and again at 9:30 to let her know that I was leaving (it is a long drive for me!). On arrival, I called from the car as a courtesy before entering. It was at that point I was told that she had booked someone else at 10:30 and wanted me to come later. Then she offered me $10 off of my next session - $10 doesn't even cover the cost of the gas to get there. Imagine how awkward that would be to walk in at the same time as someone else who has the same time booked!

Don't waste your time on this girl! Great looking pictures but you could be getting the shaft.

Wow - that's interesting! I had a session booked with her at Body Basic recently and when I showed up, I was told she didn't come in that day. My drive wasn't that long though - sucks that you went all that way for nothing man!

Yes, frustrating as hell when it happens. These girls don’t respect our time or what it takes to take time to come out and see them. Don’t go back!

My situation was a year ago I booked an appt at Paradise Spa. I showed up on time and as I was parking I saw another guy enter the place. I didn’t want to enter at same time so I waited to let the receptionist take care of him. When the coast was clear I went in only to be told by her that she gave my appointment slot to that guy. Wtf?!

I also had an MA at a local spa not show up at work after I had already arrived for my appointment. She did this twice, and each time was a different spa. I gave up even after the apologies.

Had the same experience with another MA at another spa. The MA announced an evening shift, so I called and booked. It was only when I got there that I found out she split without explanation. The annoying thing is that my contact info was with the spa, but they didn't tell me until I arrived.

Hi Gentleman,
I have brought this to the attention of the management team. The ladies should be managing their schedule appropriately. If you have any other concerns or would like to speak with the management team please e-mail body3000basic@gmail.com.

When Eva realized I wasn't pleased, she tried to blame this on the management - claimed they booked her and never told her. Not that I believe that but in my situation, would you, Krista, want to speak to management about it? If you're management, would you want to deal with a lying employee? Or would you rather just say adios to one customer?

In #1 post of thread you mentioned you spoke to Eva, herself and got the booking.
In post #12 of this thread you mentioned Eva had no idea about booking and it was the admin who booked it in. (Eventho you spoke with her earlier in the day)

So, did you really spoke with the real her (or the admin who you thought was Eva)? And confirmed the booking?

How could I know? The girl who answered gave her the phone and she claimed to be Eva. I tried to confirm before going and all was supposedly good. I did all I knew but if you have another suggestion, please tell me

Well, thank you for being proactive in this case, but shouldn't you as management be managing their time?
I know for a fact another well none place , the girls can book slots , and the Agency can book slots , if they don't use proper software or tell each other , or for morning appointments , shit can happen .

I'm not management. I said I have brought this to their attention. Now that I know you would like to be contacted I will let them know.

I'm sorry that your experience didn't go as you expected, or4uRobin, I will contact you through private message to address your concerns. We leave the decision on who the individual ladies see up to them and do not force them to see anyone they do not feel comfortable with. We do not book their appointments for them. They are scheduled, yes, but sometimes they can't make it in due to illness, etc. We are currently working on an online booking system which we think will make booking with the ladies easier. We are always available to address your concerns directly through our email at body3000basic@gmail.com
Have a wonderful day gentlemen!

So management messaged me. It seems Eva lied to them about why she cancellwd on me. So even though she was excited an hour before and and also claimed I could see her later, she told management that she cancelled because I was "less than cordial" with her beforehand. I have texts that say otherwise. It's not like I want to see her again. I'm just shocked that their organization sees this as justifiable.

The customer is always wrong? Seems like a questionable business tactic.

Hello,

Again I am sorry that your experience was less than you had hoped for. We do not publicize how we deal with our ladies and I am sure that any employer would do the same. Rest assured we do not take justified complaints lightly.

Thank you and have a wonderful day!
