Why the fuck is this a story? My neighbors built a deck where a deck is supposed to be -- adjacent to their sliding patio door. It faces my bedroom. But that's why I close the blinds when I masturbate. Problem solved.

Judging by what we can see of the design of the building, they didn't have much choice about location. It is a little awkward for sure, though.
