It was just now the focus of a discussion on CNN. The entire UN - including the USA - unanimously voted a resolution to abstain from targeting cultural sites a few years ago. That was probably as a reaction to the Taliban and ISIS destroying cultural monuments. Of course, that was when the traitorous Kenya-born, un American Muslim, Obama was PotUS. So Trump will do exactly the opposite.
And the monuments don't count unless they're Christian and white, in most Republican's PoV.
