Yes if you are using Etransfer you can change your name in the top line in your account.
Bitcoin is completely Annonymous, prepaid credit cards and gift cards as well.

Do not be a sucker, nor encourage the scammers who try to get deposits from horny losers.

DO NOT EVER, EVER send e-transfer deposits in this business.

Most good clients are not afraid of sending a small deposit to secure a reputable lady’s time. Referring to all SPs as scammers only reflects on the LOSERS.

I dont like them however is it possible yo send one without revealing identity?
I actually have the privilege to offer discrete deposit options. It's not everyone's cup of tea but have had no issues with those complying as they have proven to be discreet and safe. However, this isn't a choice for all folks in this industry . Note: I do offer e-transfer but I tread very lightly with this option as there's a list of bad consequences from such.

In Person Meet:
A brief meet that is offered close to me so that it costs me nothing and minimal time with hope of a cash deposit in person and given discretely (book, card)

Online Gift Card: Again, Most just want money deposits but for me it's either for something I can buy easily on amazon, a grocery maybe and at most to host an in-call and Airbnb offers GC

In Branch Transfer: This is an option I have had a lot of folks enjoying. They make a stop at the bank with my account number and branch number. quick and easy. I have not sent money to anyone this way. However, I have had no complaints and mostly praise as now everyone is freaked out about e-transfers (for good reason)

PSA: This is just my personal preferences. Hope that is somewhat helpful in the case the someone may be able to accommodate such methods of deposit.

Hey Mr. Innocent White Knight.... I didn't say all SP are scammers.

I still stand by my common sense advice against e-transfers or sending deposits in the underground sex business. It is a cash business. There is so much that can and does go wrong with deposits and transfers in the sex business.

Getting one's bank account number is one of the first things online scammers try to get.

Do not give out your bank account and branch number. It is so easy to hijack your account and drain it of your money.

There's also much that can go wrong with a deposit and transfer with you dentist or psychiatrist but I am sure you don't mind paying them without the cash method, no? Sex work is absolutely not cookie cutter and being bias helps nobody. If one prefers a certain method so be it. The loser comment was probably a jab at your pretentiousness. LOL

IN ADDITION: May I also add that If you have to call a fellow suitor a white knight, you are probably the epitome of garbage. I stand by this and nobody will take you seriously now.

It's called screening my clients and not to mention I am personally selective with whom I see. In-Branch wouldn't be offered to everyone. Again, not cookie cutter.

Speaking of pretentiousness. Are you equating the business practices of medical doctors with sex workers? ;-)

Among other things, accredited professionals use their real names, have a fixed business address, are not known to be controlled by pimps or organized crime/gangs, and do not require deposits to book. And you have recourse against them.

And unlike purchasing the services of a prostitute, paying for dental services is not a criminal offence.

Sex work is an honest, honourable and valuable job. It is a fair transaction when someone pays for the services agreed to, and the services are delivered. However, as this forum clearly proves, there are plenty of scam artists looking for suckers to send deposits, plenty of scam artists looking for naiive SW's banking information, and plenty of examples of clients paying a deposit and then being bumped off by another client or whatever reason.

It is a bad practice all around IMO.

I hate to tell you this but you have no idea of who the person actually is. Scammers don't write it on their forehead.

And as you know from being the victim of an imposter, you can see how easy it is to be faked. Heck, someone could start advertising as you and knowing you accept transfers etc could use your reputation to scam clients out of deposits. And they YOU would get blamed for it.

I am working to sort out my verified account on Rosie (currently under Brody Boivin and trying to get it re-titled to my current alias, to prevent future refutation) to ensure folks don't get ghosted or lose money or even worse by the person pretending to be me. (an ex client)

Sorry for the headaches, folks. Kisses*

Besides, if you "know" your clients enough to be trustworthy of your banking information, then there is no need for a deposit.

Yes, I am equating doctors to sex workers, in this case. There are scammer surgeons out there scammer government FFS. You're looking so deeply into this that you are removing basic human respect to the people you are booking with. Your persistence to put sex work in a box is redundant. Regardless of sex work not being decriminalized, sex work is work and one's preference for deposit should not be scrutinized because of the type of work or your preference. Don't want to pay a deposit? Don't pay deposits. Don't complain about it and tell others what to do. Simple. Fucking. Math.

Many folks offer time without deposits so what is your ACTUAL argument? People are so fucked up in this world as a whole. It is ALWAYS best to do your research on people and businesses - regardless.

Your whole arguments are illegal, hookers BADDD. Dude, shut up unless it's an actual argument.

I love how you just assume who I am cause I'm a whore. Cool, bro.

Deposits aren't for just security and a large number of us ask for screening + deposit. Just stop.

Your top comment (that I didn't notice right away) When I was assaulted by a client I didn't screen. I didn't ask for a deposit. I barely asked his name. I was actually in a really bad place at the time and is why I ask for a deposit and screening, but thanks for assuming. I'm done clogging up this thread with this dribble. Just don't pay a deposit and move on. K, bye

I am sorry you are taking this as a personal offence or as an offence to honest sex workers.. I honestly don't mean to come across that way.

My argument is simply that normalizing e-transfers and deposits into this business is bad news for so many reasons. Never mind that it does encourage scammers on both sides.

If you want to give out your banking information to a, at best, john, then you have not learned the lesson of your identity being hijacked already as you posted earlier. When your real identity is hijacked (as it is hundreds of times every day in Canada) you will learn to guard your personal and banking information with the respect it deserves. If you think getting your leolist or twitter accounts back is hard, wait until your name is used to apply for credit cards, automatic deposits are set up with your bank account etc etc. It is a nightmare. I know, because I had to help out someone who it happened to. :-(
