Man that hook to the temple was a game changer. One of the most exciting fights I watched in a while. Can’t wait for part II.

Me too!!!! The boxing world had never seen anything like th first fight before.

Joshua is built more like a model than a boxer, and Ruiz is a fatty with sensational boxing skills.

If Joshua wins, Eddie Hearn will hold the rest of the belts hostage. For the sake of the division, boxing fans better hope Ruiz wins.

He's already said he doesn't want any hard fights right away.

Eddie Hearn and DAZN want too keep as many belts on their app and away from PBC.

Canelo is becoming the biggest problem in boxing. He won't fight any good competition, Kovalev is the exception with a rehydration clause and not enough time to recover from a tough fight, not to mention that he's old plus it was his third fight of the year. Even Mexican legends are calling him out.

Ruiz is going to win. Joshua doesn’t have a defence against a shorter hard hitter that doesn’t get tired. It’s going to be the most insane thing boxing has ever seen.

I cannot fucking wait . Been waiting for months for this! I remember watching the first fight me and my dads jaw dropped to the floor when ruiz knocked down Joshua. I'm a big fan of Ruiz now. I hope he wins on Saturday. He is also a very funny guy and such down to earth. Did you guys see the video on YouTube where Ruiz almost knocked out his own trainer by accident lmao he was like "oh shit!" Then gave him a hug after lmao

My prediction is looking pretty good. At the weigh in Ruiz came in much heavier than the last fight, +15 lbs. For a guy just over 6 feet 282 lbs is not only way too heavy but a likely indicator of not being in shape for a world title fight. This reminds me of Buster Douglas. He was in good condition when he beat Tyson for the title and then put on weight leading the high life and was destroyed by Holyfield in his next fight.

^ Do you have money on this fight? Remembered that you mentioned before that you made a killing betting on a boxing match before. Which fight was it again?

Tony, I wager on about 50% of the big fights so hard to remember. The one you refer to must be very old as I have been off Terb for 18 months.

And Ruiz was saying how he was going to come in lighter and in the best shape of his life. Moron.

Joshua is going to take him out in 6. If he can't beat a guy this far out of shape he should just retire.

Douglas was a diabetic. I just can't recall if he had the condition pre Tyson or not. Anyways Tyson has since stated he didn't even train for the fight. The downward spiral had already begun. It was a shocker to watch and those who bet on Douglas cashed in big. I believe he was a 48 to 1 underdog.

Ruiz came in at 283.8....he's also fighting in a hot and dry climate. He better hope he finishes Joshua before the 8th....I'm so annoyed with him right now. I hate Anthony Joshua.

That was painful to watch and what a shame and wasted potential. I was hoping fatty would win. What a huge let down and disappointment.

They said they saw Ruiz smoking weed, pigging out and partying a lot.

Ruiz said that he is still young and learning lol hello he is 30. Those head shots he can take but they don’t come without damage especially long term when brain is shocked and violently shaken like that.

Seeing how the fight progressed I don’t think Ruiz would win in part III even if he trains every day. He is not disciplined enough and intelligent to understand to exploit his potential. He is powerful though and and can take huge shots.

Smart boxing by Joshua, lacklustre show.

Regarding Tyson, yeah he was out of shape and on all sorts of drugs when he got into the ring with Buster Douglas.

Ruiz is probably wealthier than he's ever been now. So he can keep fighting or retire and eat ice cream all day comfortably.
