If a regular ( at least once a month, often twice for over a year... clean, vanilla sex, not demanding, easy conversations, a level of comfort established and a good tipper) stops visiting with her, would she notice? Considering the need to develop a large clientelle to ensure the bills are paid, does the loss of one register?

Most love this type of client. You better believe it they notice. Now them caring really depends on how many other big fish they have calling.
I think this is right. The best ladies will tell you a huge chunk of their biz are regulars (80%? At least that's what one lady told me once). And the best ladies remember their regulars and their preferences, thus will notice if a reg vanishes. Whether she reaches out or just moves on...that's up to each lady and might be affected by how current business is going, etc. But she'll notice.
Losing clients has an emotional impact. Everything from "I sort of liked that guy too!" to "I wonder if I'm putting on weight or if my hair looks shitty!"

Having been involved in this life for many years and owned several adult business including 2 MPs a SC. and an incall I can tell you for sure this isn't always the case. Some of you guys think that all SWs are blood sucking , money grubbing woman who are void of any emotion. What i have found in talking to ladies in the industry is one of the hardest things to do sometimes is try not become personally involved with a client and to keep their perspective.

Exactly. We should still be respectful of the ladies for the work they do, but let's not kid ourselves. If some of the guys here heard what many girls say behind closed doors about "tricks", they likely would never book a girl again. Some people need to take the rose-tinted glasses off.
