Let me just state for the record that I support trans people having the same rights as the rest of us, legal protections, etc. It's just that in this particular case I think the right of post op sex workers to hide their status conflicts with our right as individuals to make an informed decision on who we have sex with. Sex is an intimate act, paid or not, and I believe I have the right to decide for myself if I want to see a post op provider.

I absolutely agree we should be informed prior to any intimacy. If it's just a social setting, who cares but prior to intimacy, youre damn right I want to know.

I do wonder, can an "experience" guy not noticed that the pussy is a artificially rebuilt one? I'm too scared to Google what it looks like lol.
Imagine you have a great encounter. You were so happy you rushed home to write a glowing review. You go off to do whatever you do and come back to find 3 or 4 PMS. Every pm is someone telling you she is a post-op provider. That may leave a few curled up in a little ball by their bed crying themselves to sleep. LOL

cant remember the OP that did it but he gave a glowing review of a lady
and then posts came fast and furious that she was a Post-op
and then the thread was deleted

I totally agree that a post op should be known up front. A while back (and ongoing) there were/are glowing reviews for a particular sp and when I expressed my interest I received some PMs that the sp may be post op. Since then I’ve seen a number of public posts indicating the same. Not my cup of tea so, even on speculation, I’ve lost interest. To those of you wondering who, I will in no way provide a name based on rumour.

This entire notion is incredibly disturbing to me. We should know who we are getting in bed with, literally.

If it's not clear, I definitely think their status should be disclosed as each party needs all relevant information/facts in order to meet the threshold of consent.

Transgenders people have it tough and I feel for them. They have the right to live their authentic self. I believe this 100%.

I also believe that we all have the right to informed consent. That includes knowing gender born at birth.

It is the tale of competing rights. The right for the transgendered woman to live free and the right of male to have informed consent.

In this, informed consent wins out.

There are on almost every site I know of, a section for transgendered people. Placing ads in the CIS female section of the site is 100 lying, and therefore that people is having non-informed consensual sex with partners and in my opinion are wrong in doing so.

Everyone has the right to choose to only have sex with CIS gendered people. Transgendered people may not like that, and it may make their sexual lives more difficult, but that can’t be an excuse to take away a persons right to choose who they want to have sex with. And for most men, that means CIS females.

Ask euro man why he has a fetish for shemales but not post ops. It can only mean he likes dicks

DATY is way too important to me in an encounter and results of surgery ain't comparable yet to a real v-j-j (universally; as far as I can tell). Therefore disclosure of this status is, too.

Without a doubt Yes, I know some guys don’t seem to care but I do especially if there’s any kind of kissing. I’ve shared info and made comments in the past about someone who I’ve seen in the past and comes to town now and then and I stand by my intel

Very sensitive topic, God knows I love those ;)

I voted yes and I think it should be yes.

But I have a feeling that the direction society is heading, the "right" answer may lean towards {NO} in the future. Although I'm sure "our" right answer will always be YES between us here!

I'd be very pissed if I ended up naked with a post-op and realize it. But I'd still prefer that over not realizing it and finding out after the fact.

I do wonder, can an "experience" guy not noticed that the pussy is a artificially rebuilt one? I'm too scared to Google what it looks like lol.
Great post B!
I had a smile reading this.

Just making sure you don't feel I am always against you. A pat on your back!

Experience guy not noticing? It depends on the doctor and procedure used. Just like any cosmetic surgery some will be obvious, some less so.
Maybe there is a doctor or two good enough to make it look like the real thing.

-------

On this topic, I voted not sure/other.

Since there is still a huge societal stigma on this I would have to say, it is best for it to NOT be advertised OPENLY since it would attract unwarranted harassment.

However, it is fair for the provider to provide a heads up during communication, if not then, then in person before the deed.

Obligation to tell us before the deed. Yes
Obligation to advertise it to everyone. No

Do they have an ethical obligation? No. Or at least no more than anyone has an obligation to declare anything to anyone. Is it considerate? Yes. Are they 'obligated?'. No. Look, this is a shadowy industry, which is a gawd damn shame. If providers and clients were just allowed to be themselves and do as they wish, like ANY OTHER consenting responsible adult, the world would be very different, but instead we're treated like monsters. Well, monsters give zero fucks. The only real moral obligation a provider has is to reveal that they have an STI or other life threatening disease, for obvious reasons health and legal reasons. "Caveat Emptor" my friends, caveat emptor.

I book a person to be with who they are in the present, not who they were in the past.
