Here we go again, some are complaining about too many strong female characters, being too pc. I'll be the judge of that when I see the film, but I don't believe it. It's not like Mackenzie Davis is a complete unknown like Daisy Miller.

Disney has been far more disingenuous, moulding Daisy Miller into a superstar hasn't worked. Star Wars has stunted her development as an actor. Rian Johnson took the blame, the next Star Wars film will be totally devoid of risk to maximize the $$$$$$$$.

Did Rian Johnson deserve it? He's done interesting work in the past with Looper and Brick. His next film may redeem him.

Corrected the mistakes? You have to be kidding me. Sorry but I can't get on board for such an overtly racist propaganda film. The Terminator just happens to be a Hispanic male trying to kill innocent White Americans in 2019? This is a clear dog whistle to the Far Right of America's underbelly. Mackenzie Davis' breakout role was the TV show "Halt & Catch Fire" (a very good show set in the early days of 80's tech - Texas Instruments, Silicon Valley etc.).

I don't have access to AMC shows, sheeeeeeiiit, I haven't seen an episode of Breaking Bad and I don't know about this show.

I found out about Mack from Jason Reitman's, Tully. You know you're hot when you can distract from Charlize Theron!

Another excellent character study from Charlie. She plays a burned out mother who's birthed three kids in rapid fire. Mack plays the nanny whom Charlie sees as a rival but wants a piece of her life.

MCU has hired Destin Dennis Cretton to direct the Shang-Chi film starring Kim's Convenience's: Simu Liu. Not Caucasian, he's native Hawaiian. It will be quite a leap from the brilliant Short Term 12 to Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings.
