I’m not one to rave about iPhones, but I have been loyal to iPhone for sure for at least the past 9 years (since 4s) I upgraded to an 11 Pro Max. They still need to do something about the cursor being able to be placed between words during text messaging (it’s a little wonky), but I honestly have to say, this is the best iPhone I’ve ever had. I love the functionality, the swiping, the speed, the resolution, the camera, and the battery life is VERY GOOD.

What GB option did you get and what did you pay for it? Is that cursor problem new? I can easily move the cursor between words while texting on my 7 Plus.

I got the 512 GB. I came from the iPhone eight plus. I usually upgrade every two years. I’ve been with Bell for 11 years, and I’m on a contract or whatever, so I paid about $1200 over the phone to their customer service, and they sent it to me. The cursor on the 8+ I placed it between words, with a push and hold type thing. With the 11 Pro Max, I’m now learning it’s more of a quick tap type of thing. Mind you this is only for spelling mistakes on an actual word that I’m trying to place the cursor in between. The whole Face ID thing made me nervous before with no home button. Now I love the face id. It is so simple, and easy to log you into all sorts of websites where you typically have a password (including Terb). Aside from the cursor issues I’m experiencing, the iPhone 11 Pro Max user experience is very good. Fast, powerful, great camera, edge to edge screen. Lol I sound like a commercial.

$1200 is a good deal for the 512 GB. I'll wait until the 12 comes out and see what I can get the 11 for. Glad you like it. It's funny, I thought the home button was strange going from the BlackBerry Z30 but since they've eliminated it, it'll be like going back to the Z30 for screen navigation.

I have a love-hate relationship with Bell. Lol

I upgraded to the 11 Pro Max from the original X. Other than the size, the most noticeable improvement is the relatability of Face ID. Still wish they removed the notch and included an under screen fingerprint reader like some Chinese brands. Overall a meh upgrade.
